On the day before the Airshow in Skrydstrup a photocall was held which gave the aviation enthusiasts the chance to take pictures of the participants. Skrydstrup is now the homebase of all the F-16 of the Royal Danish Air Force. December 31^st 2005 the Eskadrille (squadron) 726 in Aalborg (EKYT) was disbanded and die aircraft handed over to Esk 727 and 730 in Skrydstrup.
